2. Reservation Confirmation & Payments

1. A deposit may be required to confirm a place in a retreat or program.
2. The deposit is considered binding for reserving the place and, unless otherwise stated, is non-refundable.
3. The remaining participation amount must be paid within the deadline stated on the relevant retreat, workshop or program page.

3. Cancellation by the Participant

If the participant wishes to cancel their participation, the following apply:

1. For cancellations made up to 45 days before the start of the retreat or program, the amount paid is refunded, excluding the deposit and any transaction fees.
2. For cancellations made between 44 and 30 days before the start, up to 50% of the amount paid may be refunded, excluding the deposit.
3. For cancellations made less than 30 days before the start, no refund is provided.
4. In case of a participant “no show”, no refund is issued.

4. Cancellation for Workshops or Online Programs

1. For shorter workshops, sessions or online programs, different cancellation time limits may apply, as stated in the relevant service description.
2. If no specific provision exists, cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled date do not qualify for a refund.

5. Transfer of Participation

In certain cases and following timely written notice, it may be possible to transfer participation to another person or to a future program, provided this is approved by the organizer.

Alkionida Harmony reserves the right to accept or reject such a request, depending on availability and the nature of the program.

6. Cancellation or Changes by the Organizer

1. Alkionida Harmony reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify a retreat, workshop or program in cases of force majeure, exceptional circumstances, health issues, unsuitable conditions, insufficient number of participants or other factors that make the event impossible or unsafe to conduct.
2. In case of cancellation by the organizer, the participant is entitled either to a full refund of the amount paid or to transfer the amount to another future program, following mutual agreement.
3. The organizer is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by the participant, such as airline tickets, accommodation bookings, transfers or other third-party costs.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In cases of online bookings by consumers within the European Union, the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract may apply, according to applicable legislation on distance contracts.

However, if the customer requests the immediate start of the service or expressly accepts the performance of the service within this period, the right of withdrawal may not apply or may be limited, in accordance with applicable legislation.

8. How to Submit a Cancellation

Any request for cancellation or change of participation must be submitted exclusively in writing by email to the Alkionida Harmony contact address.

The cancellation date is considered to be the date on which the relevant email is received.

9. Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are made within a reasonable period of time through the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Any bank fees, transaction charges or other costs imposed by third-party payment providers may be deducted from the refund amount.
